We have an guarantee that 8 of your 10 Caterpillars will survive into 1st instar WITH PROPER CARE for Chrysalis and Caterpillers and a guarantee that 2 of your 3-4 caterpillars from a kit with survive to adult hood with PROPER CARE for ALL Kits! We offer refunds or replacements if you let us know your critters didn't make it within the 1st Hour of Delivery.

We do offer a Live arrival guarantee if the option of UPS Next Day Air Is chosen!

Once your critters leave our farm IT IS NO LONGER OUR RESPONSIBILITY! AS WE DO NOT KNOW WHAT UPS DOES WITH BOXES.

 

 

To be eligible for a refund you must show you did not leave the caterpillars in exposed sunlight- as stated in the instructions, that is very dangerous for them.
